• Assessment answers — the responses you give while taking a test.
• Account information — your email address and any profile details, only if you create an account.
• Contact messages — your name, email and the content of any message you send us.
• Technical data — basic usage and device information collected automatically, such as browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

• To deliver and score your assessments and reports.
• To save your progress and results so you can return to them.
• To respond to your questions and messages.
• To improve the platform — which assessments help, which ones don't.
• To meet legal obligations, such as fraud prevention and record-keeping.

3. Legal basis for processing

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: your consent (for example, when you start a free assessment), the performance of a service you've asked for (delivering a paid report), and our legitimate interests (keeping the platform secure and improving it), balanced against your rights.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for a small number of things: remembering your language preference and saving your in-progress results on your own device. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not build profiles of you for marketing.

5. Third-party services

We work with a small number of providers to run the platform:

• Hosting and database (Supabase) — stores accounts and results.
• Payment processing — handles paid reports and memberships; we never see your full card number.
• AI report generation — some reports are drafted with an AI model (DeepSeek); inputs are sent only to generate your report and are not used to train it.

6. Sharing & selling

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers above, to the extent needed to run the service, or when required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Free results stored only on your device stay until you clear them. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time, and we will.

8. Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information.
• Deletion — ask us to erase your data.
• Restriction & objection — limit or object to certain processing.
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

9. Children's privacy

The platform is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age of consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. International transfers

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country. Where applicable law requires safeguards, we use standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute safety, but we take the responsibility seriously.
